Wallace & Gromit Wensleydale Waxed Truckle
Yorkshire Wensleydale is our iconic, creamy, crumbly classic, and is protected with European Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) status. It is the only Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese that is actually made in the defined geographical location of Wensleydale. With a history dating back to 1150, we proudly continue the art of handcrafting Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese, using our own cheese-making starter cultures, and milk from local farms. Together with the skill of our master cheese-makers, which have been passed down through generations, the result is a Yorkshire Wensleydale cheese with a unique taste and flavour & distinctive crumbly texture that cannot be matched.
