This Smoky Chipotle Chilli Jam is packed full of smoky notes from the chipotle and provides a deep spice flavour from the red chilli. This Jam is perfect as a glaze on slow-cooked beef brisket and also great as a dipping sauce for cheeses and charcuterie.
The Jam uses smoky notes from the chipotle and gathers its sweetness from the apple and red pepper. The perfect balance of sweet & spicy which works perfectly as an addition to a burger, a glaze for meat or use as a dipping sauce for whatever you fancy.
