A properly decadent lemon curd, made with butter and whole egg and then spiked with Hawkshead's own homemade lemoncello. It's thick, glossy and sharp, the sort of curd that tastes of lemons rather than sugar.
Ingredients: Sugar, Pasteurised Liquid Whole (EGG), Butter( MILK), Lemon Pulp, Lemons, Agar, Lemoncello (2%), Lemon Juice.
