This distinctive green curry paste is thought to originate from Thailand and was first mentioned in 1926, in a book by L. Phaehtraarat. Our Thai Curry Paste is fresh and spicy, ideal for soups, curries and noodles.
Flavour: spicy, hot, chilli, coriander.
Aroma: spicy, fresh.
Heat Level: hot.
Add a teaspoon or two at a time as you can always add more towards the end of cooking if you want more heat!
Ingredients:
Water, Green Chilli, Rapeseed Oil, Lemongrass, Onion, Fish Sauce (Anchovy, Salt, Sugar), Garlic, Coriander Leaf, Lime Leaves, Ground Coriander, Lime Juice Concentrate (Lime Juice, Sulphites), Ginger, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Cornflour. For allergens, see ingredients in bold.
