A traditional jam with a traditional flavour – we promise that your older family members with love this one (just watch for the stones)! We cook the damsons whole so that the flavour is rich, full and delicious. One of our original recipes, we have been making this jam for over 20 years and we think we have just about perfected it!
Ingredients
Damsons (46%), Sugar (45%), Water, Lemon Juice, Gelling Agent-Pectin.
Contains fruit stone due to using a traditional Lake District recipe for added flavour and the natural pectin which they contain.
