Longman’s butter is churned in Somerset, using milk from the local herds found grazing on the lovely rolling countryside in the heart of the Vale of Camelot. The Longman family have been farmers and Farmhouse Cheese makers for over 200 years and know a thing or two about making butter.
Made using traditional methods, taking the only finest quality whey cream that has been separated from the whey produced when the curds are cut during the cheese making process.
