Lamb and Apricot Tagine (Serves 1)

A take on our favourite classic Moroccan tagine. We use the tenderest meat from lambs grass-fed on British land, cooking it slowly with juicy apricots, plum tomatoes and a heady mix of spices (cinnamon, cloves and ginger, to name a few).
INGREDIENTS: British Lamb (37%), Plum Tomato (33%) (Tomatoes, Tomato Juice, Acidity Regulator: Citric Acid), Chickpeas (18%), Onion, Dried Apricots (3%) (Preservatives: Sulphur Dioxide) [SULPHITES], Raisins (Raisins, Sunflower Oil), Olive Pomace Oil (Olive Oil (51%), Sunflower Oil (49%)), Garlic, Toasted Almonds [ALMOND, NUTS], Lamb Stock Cube (Salt, Vegetable Fats (Palm, Shea Butter, Sal Butter), Yeast Extract, Potato Starch, Lamb (4%), Sugar, Flavourings, Onion Powder, Caramel Syrup, Spices (Garlic, Pepper, Parsley Roots, Celery Seeds, Turmeric) [CELERY], Herbs (Parsley, Rosemary), Maltodextrin, Kosher Salt, Smoked Paprika, Turmeric, Ginger (Ground), Ground Cinnamon, Black Pepper, Chilli Powder, Cloves.
Cooking Instructions

BEST COOKED IN THE OVEN FROM FROZEN
Preheat oven to Fan 180 ºC / Electric 200 ºC / Gas 6. Remove outer sleeve and pierce film. Place on a baking tray and position in the centre of the oven. Cook for 35 - 40 mins. Leave to stand for 2 minutes. Stir well before serving.
MICROWAVE
Remove sleeve and pierce film. Heat on full power. 850W. Heat for 4 mins.
Leave to stand for 2 minutes and stir well before serving.
CAUTION: Steam may be released when removing the film lid.
